The details are follows:

The ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs’ Network (AWEN) is a coalition of business and professional women leaders in all sectors of the people-centered ASEAN Community who recognize the urgency of empowering all women in ASEAN to reach their full potential as active and equal contributors to sustainable and inclusive social and economic development and transformation within ASEAN and beyond. We assist ASEAN women in transitioning and adapting to the challenges and in seizing the opportunities under the Fourth Industrial Revolution
We, AWEN, are a catalyst for change and therefore we affirm and declare the following:

1. Empowerment of ASEAN Women’s Leadership in the International Arena
2. Digitalization of Market Access and Outreach
3. Promoting Sustainability and Self-Sufficiency for MSMEs
4. Addressing Environmental Issues and Resilience to Climate Change
5. Big Data: Enhancing ASEAN Women Information Sharing
6. Fostering Financial Inclusion, Literacy and Discipline
7. Re-skilling MSMEs, Women Entrepreneurs and their Workforce

INCREASE WOMEN’S ACCESS TO DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES: We will support and promote the training, mentoring and capacity development (including upskilling, reskilling, and new skills) that will enable ASEAN women to lead in women-owned and/or managed enterprises as well as to have easier access to all necessary resources including financial and educational services, and market access linkages.

MEASURE AND EVALUATE RESULTS AND OUTCOMES: We will continuously evaluate and learn from the impact our actions have had on women-led and/or managed enterprises and strive to design and implement more productive activities and programs.

STRENGTHEN PARTNERSHIP WITH ALL STAKEHOLDERS: We will continue to support all ASEAN policies and encourage data-driven initiatives that promote women as equal participants in the ASEAN Community; that contribute to responsive and responsible leadership in championing gender equality practices; that increase the proportion of women in leadership in the national, regional, and international arenas; and that support all efforts to increase the visibility of successful women to inspire other women and to achieve inclusive long-term changes.

SERVE AS CENTRAL HUB FOR DYNAMIC AND INCLUSIVE GROWTH: AWEN will pursue stronger connections with ASEAN Member States and act as a central hub and platform whereby ideas for reform can converge and result in concrete, multi-year and cross-sectoral programs to reduce gender-based disparities and contribute to sustainable and inclusive development. AWEN also seeks to promote people-centered ASEAN Community that leaves no one behind and looks to the future.
